STEP 3: Assemble the following information:

• Country the team seeks to represent

• Language used by the team members to communicate with each other

• Name of the team

• Information on each team member

  • Name and email

  • Academic program (current or completed this year)

  • Institution

  • Degree currently sought (or completed this year)

  • Nationality

  • Number of evaluation-related courses completed *

  • Number of months of practical experience in evaluation (if any) *

• Coach’s name, email and institution

• A brief narrative providing three reasons why the team should be selected to represent its country*

  *Not required of teams that have won their national competition.

STEP 4: Fill in and submit the online registration form.

• You will receive an ID code for your registration. Please make a note of it. You will need the code if you want to make changes to your registration.
