STEP 1: Read the rules of the competition.

STEP 2: Read the guide to completing the registration form.

STEP 3: Assemble the following information:

• Country the team seeks to represent

• Language used by the team members to communicate with each other

• Name of the team

• Contact person’s name and email

• Each team member’s

  • Name and email. (The name must be exactly as the team member would want it to appear in a certificate from WECC)

  • Photo

  • Degrees completed

  • Degrees in progress

  • Academic institution

  • Nationality

  • Number of evaluation-related courses completed *

  • Number of months of practical experience in evaluation (if any) *

• Coach’s name, email and institution

• A brief narrative providing three reasons why the team should be selected to represent its country.*

  * Not required of teams that have won their national competition

STEP 4: Fill in and submit the online registration form. (Form will be activated in August 2024)

• You will receive an ID code for your registration. Please make a note of it. You will need the code if and when you need to make changes to your registration.

• The WECC organizers will check the registration and let you know if any additional information is required.
